    Judgement depthor exam
A guy owes me some money about 6000 $ , we went to first trail and he accepted and signed to give me that money every month 1000 $ but after first pay he disappeared and he changed his address , now after past like two years I found his address not his work but where he lives , so now my question is what's the best and effective way to get my money back from him? Should I go for judgement depthor exam or wait until I get his workplace address and garnish him? If I want to go for exam what's the risks and what's the bennefits in oppose to garnish?
Thanks for your time and your help

I would advise you to go for garnishment. You may not get paid really fast, but at lease you will know that you will get it.
