What if the plaintiff does not show for support meeting?
I currently was going to take my daughters father for support. He is not on the birth certificate and there is no proof he is the father. Now what if I decided not to show for the meeting? We did not have court or anything yet its just a meeting to see what we can agree on money wise. I feel as though I made a mistake and I honestly don't need his help. I make enough to support me and my daughter and I think I like it this way.

Its not about you its about the child. Go to the meeting. If you don't need the money to raise the child then use it for a college fund.

Yes, first it is not "your" money it is the child's right,

So what threat has the father made to scare you out of this, or what myth have you heard.
