    Honda civic 95 engine doesn't start. Starter doesn't turn over; Battery new and Teste
    Honda civic 95 engine doesn't start. Starter doesn't turn over; Battery new and Tested; Headlights ggod. Starter replaced. Starter does not spin, Starts OK EVERY TIME if battery jumper used to start car. Relays chatter once car started; chatter goes away if car put in gear or brake applied

    Despite being a new battery, that's been tested, I would remove it and place it on a battery charger. I have to do this even on even brand new batteries for several hours. If the ammeter does not cut back to around 1 to 2 amps, it should be left on the charger.

    Chattering relays always indicate a weak battery/charging system.
