    What can I do if my wife refused to get avisa to uk?
    I'm abritish citzen I got married in sudan from asudanese girl and I applied for her to get avisa to joine me here in uk ,and I'm working afull time self employer and I have a one bedroom flat and I applied for my wife on 11/11/2010 and since that time I didn't hear any thing from them

    Nothing... Small claims court won't hear the case. She isn't entitled to anything in the UK. She's not a UK citizen.

    You did bring this question up in the Small Claims court forum.

    Now this IS an immigrations issue... But she still has no rights in the UK... she is not a UK citizen.
