    Can I file my taxes and not pay my taxes until after my refund?
    I hurd that when I file my tax return I can pay my own taxes out of my check is that true?

    If you get a refund, why do you have to pay taxes ? Or do you mean pay the person who did your taxes ?

    Are you thinking clearly here? If you get a refund what is there to pay? If you get a refund from the Feds and need to pay state taxes, then file the Fed early and wait until the deadline to file the State.

    Yes, please explain, if you get a refund you do not pay taxes, you are getting part of them back.

    OR do you mean get refund from Federal and use that to pay the state ?

    What I thinkl the OP is saying is whether he can legally file his tax return with a paid tax preparer and pay the preparer fees from the refund.

    The answer is YES; this is a common practice in the industry and is feasible if the taxpayer gets a Refund Anticipation Loan through the tax preparer.
