    Renters Rights?
I made my property owner aware of a leak in my kitchen sink that has started to make my kitchen reek of mold. She had a plumber come out to see if it was from my doing, who made her aware that this was something that has to be done and is her responsibility. I also called code enforcement to have them come check it out after she gave me the run around about fixing it. I've since served my 30 day notice. She has since had a maitenance man come out and cover up the pipes with dry-wall and sheet rock. What are my rights, am I obligated to pay this last month of rent?

Yes. As long as you live there you are required to pay rent.

Agree with Scott, If you live there, you will owe the rent for the time you are there.
