    Theft by deception in New Hampshire
    Is there a statue of limitations if I was charged with one felony of theft by deception was let out on a personal recog. And then left the state

    No, in fact what you did was also failure to appear, You will have the first charge to face and an additional charge of failure to appear.

    There will be a warrant out for your arrest, a warrant will not expire.

    A Statue of Limitation only applies if you were never charged. Once you are charged the time stops on the SOL
