Having problems downloading a clip art
I am trying to register a service image(the website terminology)Correct me if I am wrong, which I believe is a clip art. It has to be a jpg, jpeg, gif, or a png file.

I found a jpeg image, but when I try to download it won't accept it. When I try to download it on the website, it rejects it. There is no number for me to call to get help from the website.

    Any tips will help.

The max file can be 7 mb.

The clip art is 36.5 kb. It is on the desktop and the heading says Microsoft Photo Editor

    Thanks in advance.

I'm confused. Are you trying to upload to a website or download from a website. Either way what error message do you get?
