    Cruel to dogs
    There are 2 staffs next door never taken for walks there about 14 months old they rip the fences 1 just at the washing line and licks it the other just runs up and down I have adog and grand kids and scared there attack 1 of them is this cruel to the dogs and can I do any thing

    Your description isn't very clear (1 just at the washing line and licks it?). But it isn't enough to say that dogs aren't walked. If they have a fenced yard, shade when hot, warmth when cold, and water, then animal control or a non profit animal agency isn't going to do anything. Nor is fear that they might break the fence and attack. They would have to get out first, sorry.

    If you believe they are inadequately cared for call Animal Control and let them sort it out.

    Are they entering into your yard?
