    Pain in Forearms and hands
I have had a aching pain in my flexor muscles and extensor muscles for over a year now and my hands. They tested me with mild carpal tunnal. Every time I work at my computer and I do a lot of driving for work and I go to peoples houses and bring about 200 pages of documents that get flipped over and signed. I feel the pain more as I'm working or driving but when I'm at rest it feels better. I have those braces bought at the store, but they just help somewhat. I just can't sit for 3 weeks and lay in my bed and not do a thing?? How can I get rid of this pain. I think it's tendinitis but I have tried everything from rest, ice and anti-inflammitory medicines and it just seems to not go away. Massaging really helps too.

I type my answer with extreme burning in my forearms and hands. Because my right hand/arm is so injured I am over compensating my left arm now and now both arms are beginning to both ache and burn at the same time. I have been diagnosed with fibromylagia, tendinitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel etc. Now my right elbow (the smaller elbow) is weak, sore and it hurts to pick anything up. The elbow is sore to the touch. I have had the burning/achey right extremity for about 5 years and the left about 6 months. I am so frustrated with all the diagnoses and no cure. I had a few cortisone injections which temp help. I take flexeril at night to help muscles relax somewhat. I do have bulging of my discs in my neck (C's) and my thorasic (T's). I think something maybe pinched and the MRI I had didn't show, so now I am slowly dying in my own agony. Its not only physical, its emotional and mental as well, because it limits me of doing the things I love. I am no longer able to lift weights or pick up my children. When I walk hand in hand with my kids it hurts so bad, I have to ask them to hold mommy's other hand. I really need help because I have given up on the system. I have been to so many dr's over 5 years, no answers and many diagnoses. I don't know what to believe. I just want the pain to go away. Working at a desk job doesn't give my pain much time to subside.
