    Hello everyone. Wondering if anyone can help me out? Just got served with a court date for a debt that I owe. The court paper has been stamped ALIAS. I can't afford a lawyer. The total debt is for 2,145.00. Can I just show up or do I have to file something?
    Any ideas?

    Depends on the Court and State - Small Claims? Something else? Where? The paper you were served should give you instructions.
