I was going to be finished with pti in a few months when I traveled outside my state and was arrested because they said my lic was suspened and I had less than 1 oz of maryjane. They also charged me with tampering. What do I do now should I tell my probation officer in fl? Or does one state know what the other state is doing?

Yes, a requirement of your probation is that you advise your probation officer. And, yes, the States share a common system.

You are in violation, of course. Did you have permission to leave Florida?

If you don't tell him, and he does his job, he will eventually run an NCIC check on you, and your bust will show up. You'll be violated. If you tell him, you'll be violated.

I'd vote for not telling him. I don't think the violation will be WORSE if you don't, and it's just possible that your PO is just your average lazy bureaucrat...
