    Will he walk for your sister? Cesar Millan has written 3 books and has several shows on cable alla about dog training. Please answer my question and tell me if you'd like more info about Cesar

    No need to get upset, aliagirl. Dog was probably not trained properly and/or you haven't said how old the dog is. So settle down and explain exactly what you want to hear from us.

    There are many things we need to know before we can help.

    1. The age of the dog.
    2. How long has your sister had the dog?
    3. Have you had the dog since he was a puppy, or is this a rescue dog that was older when you got him?
    4. Is the dog fixed?
    5. How often do you take the dog for walks?
    6. What type of collar are you using?
    7. What does the dog do when you try to take him for a walk?
    8. What do you do when you take the dog for a walk?

    And more.

    We can't give accurate info with just your one statement. I hope you come back and give us some more information. :)
