    Kitchen faucet diverters
My kitchen faucet makes a loud noise. The pressure's fine, aerator's good, etc. Someone said the diverter needs adjusting. Where is that located? I assume this is valid for faucets with spray handles.

    Hi Cjpossee...

Most kitchen faucet spray diverters are located around the back of the faucet UNDER the body of the spout. Here, you would lift the spout up and off the faucet and that would reveal the diverter although, here, when a spray diverter is an issue, most of the time the spray stops working or the faucet stops producing water, etc. so I'm doubting that is your issue... at this time... OK?

Tell us exactly what kind of noise, when does it occur... cold only, hot only, or when you run any water at any time? Have you tried to disassemble the faucet and check the cartridge/washers in the faucet itself... could be loose washer... maybe?

    Back to you...
