    I just received my 10 year green card,having marriage problems.
    Me and my husband been together for 8 years,but married only 5, we just finished the paperwork for my aos, and I received my 10 year green card, we're been fighting back and forth and now "separation" is in the air.. my sister in law was my sponsor and now she wants to withdraw the application and says that she is going to have me deported... what can I do? Please help.. she made an appointment with ins already.. is there a way that I can keep my status??

    The joint sponsor cannot have you deported. If you have a bona fide marriage, you will not lose your permanent residence.

    If you divorce, you must wait 4 years, 9 months to apply for citizenship.
