    Trapped in the middle
    I am a little confused on the laws of my marrige is what is my husbands rights to my son the bio father has never saw him and has not been part of his life my husband takes care of him but in the eyes of some people he is not his father why

    I don't know why you would be confused about this issue. Others probably know your husband is not your son's bio dad. There is nothing wrong with this. You can amend the situation by having your husband adopt under the right conditions of having the bio sign off on his rights to his son, if he has no interest.

    Because they are silly, and its none of their business. A father raises his kids whether he is a sperm donor, or not.
