My furnace will start up like normal, burners light. It runs for 45-60 seconds and then shuts down, blower motor never turns on. It has worked fine for the past few months then tonight this. I have cleaned and cleared the condenser and checked for any other blockages I can think of, so now what should I try?

Have you cleaned the flame senser?

Where do I find that, I don't see it on the wiring diagram? Also after the burners run and shut off the diagnostic light blinks twice.

Looking at the burners,most of time the flame senser is located on the left very close to the burner, most have one (1) wire going to it
As for the lite blinking 2 times you should be able to look posted on the inside of door/cover and see what the 2 blinks are telling you
