    Arbitration for medical bills paid by me
    My attorney said I hve to pay for medical bills out of settlement because I was cut off by my insurance company. Please help I feel like I was swindled

    My attorney made me pay my medical and dvised I could recoup fom my insurance company I don't know how help!!

    Need more info - which type of insurance "cut you off"? Medical? No fault/auto?

    You have an Attorney. Is this in litigation?

    Hello r:

    I'm going to GUESS here, because you've supplied virtually no information... I'd say that there were medical bills outstanding, and a lawsuit was filed over them... They settled and sent a check.. The lawyer took his fee and sent you a check with which you need to pay the outstanding bills.

    Or not.
