    I have a visa b1 b2 and q1 I 94
    I have a visa b1 b2 and q1 I 94 I work for disney my q1 will finish 07/03/2011 and b1 b2 for 10 years from2010 so should I go out and coming back before 07/03/2011 or after

    You have to leave before 07/03/2011. You may return with B1/B2 (as visitor... you cannot work).

    I agree with lawanwadee. And you will need to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that you truly are a visitor with no intention of working in the US.
