    Normally you should get it by Jan 31. Or check the government website.

    There are TWO types of Form 1099-G.

    One for unemployment compensation; this one can be found usually on the website for the state's Department of Labor.

    The other reports your state income tax refund for 2009, which you will get in the mail sometime in the nest three weeks.
