    Would be like looking for a needle in a haystack unless you specifically knew which area he settled in. Mostly people from UK come to Canada and don't go out west but tend to stay around the Toronto area. You could join Facebook and do a bit of searching there, or even put an ad in the Toronto Star newspaper, or the Sun newspaper. Two main newspaper in Toronto widely read.
