Sorry, but I've got a Hampton Bay with remote and the lights quit working.
The lights on the Hampton Bay I have in my office at home stopped working (I use a remote and there are no pull chains) When I press the button for the lights, the light on the remote does not come on, nor do the four 60 watt lights on the fan (the fan function works fine, and the little light on the remote works too when turning on the fan). I have the identical fan with remote in the living room. As an experiment, I tried the living room remote on the fan in my office and while the fan would come on, the lights would not (yep, I programmed it to match the "bad" office fan). Interesting to note that when I used the remote from the living room, the remote's indicator light comes on, but the fan lights still don't work. Seems to me that the problem is in the receptor in the fan. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Ron.

Help---our power was out for about 4 hours and when it came back on the light and fan was running--it was off before power went off. Now we cannot get the remote to turn on or off the fan or light. Is there a reset switch? Any suggestions?
