When I was younger, my parents always told stories (or joked) about me facing a wall when laying in bed and talking to a woman. Laughing, and full on conversations.

Years later, I had had several "encounters" with seeing things in my house that might have been my imagination, or something else. This included an old couple walking in my upstairs hallway, a white apparition coming out of the darkness minutes before hearing my grandmother in another country had passed away, and little things like my ears standing or stiffening when I walk into certain rooms, or a sound, or feeling when sitting alone in my house. (even when I'm writing this at for a.m. with the light and T.V. on, I'm feeling... something.)

Another thing that afflicts me too is a strong pressure or energy rushing into my body while I sleep. The best thing I can think about describing the feeling would be saying it felt like someone, or something, that used to "be" is entering my body. I've never really told anyone about this, but after waking up from another one of my "super" nightmares (the only time I have nightmares, is when I feel this energy and they are the scariest feelings I have ever witnessed)I want some answers. It is scaring me, and I'm brushing it off as nerves and just saying it can't be paranormal because I've gotten too old to still be in tune with that.

Someone... I need some answers.
