    Deffered entry of judgment
    When you receive deffered entry of judgment does the arrest show up on a background check and if it does can it be removed?:confused:

    Hello lena:

    Arrests don't show up on ANY background check unless you're going to work for the CIA. Only convictions show up, and yours appears to be deferred, so I don't think it will show up.

    However, what's supposed to happen, DOESN'T always happen in the real world. If you want to be certain about what people can find out about you (and I like to be certain), then run a background check on yourself. It'll cost you, what? $50.
