You say you actually married someone without asking what their name was at some point BEFORE that time?

Because YOU are asking US what their name is...

I really hope the OP means something else because why marry without knowing a full name? (among a ton of other things)

If that was the case a marriage license and/or trip to the chapel could solve that couldn't it?

I was married on St. Patties Day. You know it's a weird night when you wake up the next day, drunk in a hotel with a wedding band on your finger :)

Me? I was stone sober the day I got married... didn't even get plastered at the reception.

Can't blame anyone or anything but myself... when I joke with the wife over why I married her.

I tell her it was temporary insanity.

Never fails to get a friendly Italian head smack in response. Accompanied with a loud... OH! Comment... AKA like on the Sopranos.

I was fully aware of our wedding as it was planned (in between training courses, St. Patricks day seemed "cool") but I like to joke with people telling them exactly what I said above!

Mine is a full blooded Italian from the old country... wears her emotions on her sleeve... and anything that enters her mind gets fast tracked to her mouth before passing through any thought process. Sometimes that's nice... other times its hell.

My wife is very similar. She's not afraid to say what she feels, how she feels, to me, to you, to anybody.

P.S. We've highjacked this thread but for some reason I don't think the OP is coming back. I'll refrain from continuing to post until the OP returns!
