Moving out of the state of Indiana to Florida?
I am divorced in the state of Indiana. My divorce papers say to go by the Indiana State Guidelines which state I only have to put in a 90 letter to the courts and to the ex. Nowhere does it say I have to have his consent nor would I get the consent. Do I have to have his consent?

The 90 day letter is to allow him time to ask for a stay on your move and to ask for the court not to allow you to move.

If he has active visits and sees the children during his time, it is doubtful if the court will allow you to move. Unles you work out some visit program that he can agree with.

Does he visit the children regularly and if YES, what is your plan for him to see the children and are you willing to pay for their transportation back on a regular basis to see him ?
