Pilot blowing out ,
Have Intertherm Mobile home furnace 1986 model ,the pilot light was blowing out ,cleared pilot *** and replaced thermal couple, it may light if light wind very wavey flame ,much down draft ,tried home made wind break on flue above ,may start but gas safety coil drop's out after one cycle ,because {i assume } thermocouple not staying hot.. Don't feel new pilot *** will do any better ,should I just change out unit with new or try new wind cap on flue and new pilot assembly ?

How do I fix this? I have to light the pilot every day and when the main blower goes out, it blows out the pilot. We found this out after changing the thermo coupler. Any suggestions?

I have replaced the thermo coupler and adjusted the pilot gas pressure as high as it would go. But if there is a breeze outside it still goes out, the furnace worked great the past 5 yrs and now this is happening.

Pilot turns off when fan starts blowing

My pilot lights up then when the fan goes on the pilot turns off. This happened sometimes Any ideas anyone? Thanks
