    In desperiate need of our certified copies and no money
    We just moved out of our home state to another state. All our info was either stolen or lost in storage. We need to get certified birth certificates and ID. The problem is we only have copies and no one will except them. I went to the DMV and they need orginals. My kids school need certified copies of birth certificates. There are seven people in my family and it is very expensive to retrieve all these. Is there help out there to help with this kind of problem..

    This is NOT really a tax question, but I have personal experience in this issue.

    Contact the country government in your home state. For a fee (it varies from state to state), they will mail you certified copies of all birth certificates. If you need them quickly, most departments will overnight them to you using FEDEX (you will pay the overnioght charges).

    Yes, there are fees, no way around it, if you have NO money what so ever, check with various charities in the area
