Wire transfer fee term mfeb what does it mean?
I have a wire transfer stuck in transit right now for lack of the MFEB fee of 350.00 what does this mean? The funds are in jeopardy of bouncing back as I do not have 350.00 dollars to my name.

Sorry to say but something sounds serious dodgy about this.
Who is telling you about this fee, the transfer company or a third party?

    What's the background ?

The transfer is for 600,000 so I imagine that is why it is 350 , but what is the 350 for? It is a bank fee from standard bank in the uk who is doing the transfer
