Hi,
I just recently brought a 12ft 336cm pool, I'm having troubles with it. I didn't want to spend a fourtune on sand as it is fairly exspensive.. so I laid tarp down. I put the pool down after, I set it up under a shaded tiled area. But here's the problem I had fine pumping up the ring around it. But now I got to the part where I fill the water up. It goes out more and exspanses, but it is meant to go up and it isn't up right, because there is still a fair bit of water to go until full, but one side it just about full and won't go up high enough the other side will go up high. I've filled it up and I really don't want to empty it and start it again. Way too much money, and time! Any suggestions or things what could help me solve thiis problem.
