    Yes, the capacitor needs to be sized exactly for the motor or you may see slow blower speeds or premature motor failure.

    I agree. The key is to match the microfarads or get as close as you can but 5 either way probably won't hurt if you are driving a furnace motor. On a PC board it is a different story. Get an exact replacement then.
