    Hight increas treatment
    I am 25 yrs , my hight is 5'3" can I grow my hight ? & how much?

    I doubt that you will grow anymore.
    Some of my favorite people, men and women, are 5' 3". I'm 5' 1.

    There's no magic pill or exercise to increase height. There is a cosmetic procedure.

    The operation costs around 18,000 british pounds. The surgeon will break your shin bones and add scaffolding leaving a gap between the bone. Then a flesh and skin graft is wrapped around.

    The recovery is excrutiating, imagine having two broken legs. You will be completely bed ridden for up to a year.

    It's the most complicated procedure in cosmetic surgery and many things can go wrong. Not worth it at all.

    I am 5'3'', I love my height. My husband is 6'2'', he loves my height too, he says me being so small makes him feel very protective towards me. He doesn't like amazonian women.

    And if you are a bloke, you'll be surprised to know that tall women love to be with short guys... opposites attract...

    No you can't get taller. There is no medicine or exercise that works. If you encounter a product that promises to make you taller, it's a guaranteed scam.
