    If someone's family calls cops on him/her are they allowed to come home back ?
    My friends kids and husband called cops on her is she not allowed to come home back until the date of court ?

    It depends, usually if there is a temporary restraining order that is true.

    From what you posted, the kids and husband called the police (assuming she was arrested for something) then it likely would be in her best interests not to return, TRO or not, until the hearing.

    The court should have informed her of whether she is allowed to return to the home. Why were the police called? Was she threatening them or herself?

    Typically, I've seen that the court will allow the person being charged to return to the home but they are instructed "not to discuss the case with the victim(s)."
