    I am 25yrs old 7 months pregnant and have a bad cough what can I take
    I am seven months pregnant and I have a bad cough for the last few days what can I take to help me

    'The last few days' means you treat it as a cold. A cold is caused by a virus. There is no cure for a virus. So you rest, keep warm, drink lots of liquids and soups, gargle warm salt water as often as you can stand to, get humidity in the house somehow, even if it's a pot on the stove, try to stay sitting up, and stay away from too many people. Drink LOTS and LOTS. If it's not any better in 10 days, then you wonder if it might have become a bacterial infection, and you see a doctor. Even that can run it's course without drugs but it takes longer.

    Take one big onion, cut in a small pisses and put lot of sugar after 24 hour it will have a syrup drink that syrup us much as u can , my grandma told me when she was alive, believe me it will help

    I had the same problem when I was pregnant and all the usual cough syrups say consult your doctor if pregnant. I advise drinking hot honey and lemon and taking plenty of fluids to keep your energy levels up and if it gets no better in a few days visit your doctor.
