Many women have different signs and symptoms for early pregnancy for me, it was initially cramping but no bleeding, the nausea came a few weeks later for some of my other friends it was a different experience. The only way to find out is to test an early morning urine sample (higher concentration of hormones in morning samples). The home tests are great, and if you get a positive, then there's your answer! You should be aware that they can sometimes return a false negative, although the modern ones have been very accurate for me even at 6 weeks.
