    Webcam help
    I got the dell hp g56 for christmas and I was disappointed to learn there is no webcam. But there is a hole at the top of the screen which I thought was a webcam. Is it possible for me to install a webcam in there, where could I do it and how much would it cost?

    Just buy a USB webcam and clip it to the top. They can be had dirt cheap and not void the warranty.

    Smoothy is correct. Tearing apart your laptop will void warranty as I am sure there are void tags all throughout your laptop.

    The hole is probably your lid latch. I am unsure though as there are multiple G56'. What is your specific model number?
    G56 1xx or similar

    Yeah, it was the cheap version of a lap top so they didn't install the webcam and put a hole thing where one should be. And I don't like Mac either I don't know why they're so great.
