How do you protect the money? Take it out and put in in your mattress or bury it in a coffee can in the back yard. If its in the account they can get it except in very specific circumstances.

Let me tell you what I don't find helpful.

Noobies who can't read the site rules before they slam people who offer them good advice because its not what they want to hear. Its both RUDE and IGNORANT to give a not helpful because its not what YOU want to hear.

Since you are incapible iof reading the rules... let me repeat them. Not helpful and don't agree are ONLY to be used for inacurate information. There is nothing inaccurate about what I told you. If its in your bank, they CAN garnish it. Because there are no special circumstances that you have given that would apply... and there is only one.

Tell you what KEEP your money in the acount... let them take it... because YOU owe it.''There IS no other way to shield it than what I told you...
