You could try becoming a researcher for Cha Cha answers but you need your parents to sign you up. You'd be answering questions and getting paid for it while working at your own pace.

No you must be at least 16 years old to get a job in most states. You can of course get a job "under the table" so to speak from a friend or a parent you know well. The economy isn't at it's best so the likely hood of being hired these days isn't so great. You can always volenteer at the local zoo, or nursing homes and earn community service to have better chances of being hired in the future years to come.
