Random horror movie involving a young girl ghost trying to help her brother
I remember seeing this movie. . Back in the 90's, about this man who keeps seeing the ghost of his young sister, who has long being dead. He freaks out at first, but then at the end realizes that she was just there to warn him against this blond woman that he has been going around with. The bad guys in this movie is just that woman, and another man and woman. The ghost is a brunette, and wears an old fashioned frock. She doesn't really do or say anything, but he just sees her appear, and then walk away.
