How adorable laura. I've got a couple of pics like that too.
About the choc. Covered pretzels, I'll send you some. Along with the godiva chocolate cheese cake.

I hope so Joe. They are the ones you really treasure. But to me the ones that cause the most uproar when they get older are the nakie ones. My oldest whose 11 threatens to find them and throw them away

He'll be okay. Just skip the lemon flavor for a while.

Tell madam to scoot over. It may only be 9 am, but I want a nap too.
BETH'S recipe for chicken cordon bleu:
Bonelss breasts of chicken, cut in the middle then cut to open like a cutlet
Ham from the deli sliced regular cut
Cooper cheese cut the same way
Place ham and cheese in the middle and any seasoning you want but the cheese is sharp and ahould add enough flavor.
Fold over ends so ham and cheese is inside chicken breast.
Put italian shake and bake in a bowl then roll stuffed chicken breasts in mix. Make sure the chicken is completely covered(shake and bake works just as well as bread crumbs do and add more flavor)
Optional tip: spray chicken with olive oil spray this will help seal in shake and bake and gives it a little added flavor
Place on baking sheet and cook on 350 for around 20 minutes depending on your stove.
Let sit for 5 minutes after you pull it out of the oven, then serve.
