I tend to get a lot of energy back when I yawn, I noticed that doing a certain yoga position (Laying on my back with my knees to my left or right and my arms stretching outwards) causes me to yawn and I love it!

Can you please give me a list of all the possible things I can do to make myself yawn?

It's to a.m. and I couldn't sleep, so reading this started me yawning. Now I'll be able to sleep better.
In other words, each person is different, and I got to say, yawning doesn't give me more energy at all.
But it is nature's way of forcing a deep breath to get o2 in and co2 out.
You could just try deep breathing.
