Provisional Driving License
I'm applying for my provisional driving license (UK England), but my passport has just expired and I don't want to wait 6weeks or so for my new passport to be issued.
Will I get away with applying for the license (I'm doing it by post as you need your passport no. for the online application) with just my birth certificate and my national insurance card? I've also got a college student union card if needed |
