Im sixteen years old and all I really wanted was a dad. Not just a dad MY dad... I got told that my mom did drugs before I was born and that's how my older brother was taking away... well I have not seen my dad in almost 6-7 yrs. He called me to make plains to so I could see my dying grandma, but he always said he couldn't make it down there, he told me I wouldn't recinized him because he lost a whole lot of wieght and has almost no teeth, I believe he is a meth head and I can't stand him, but I know its not his fault but I just feel like I wasted all this time trying to getting him in my life... I just want my dad...

Sadly, it sounds like your dad is addicted to either Methamphetamine or some other stimulant...

Or he has a serious health problem, or he got a gun illness that made him lose all his teeth. Or he has not eaten properly, perhaps even living on the street and this caused the weight and teeth loss.

I can see that you need to fill that dad in you life thing , but remember this you make your own way in life if he is no good then send him away. You be better off with out a dad in your life, and know this you will not be along there are other with out dad in there life to. Ether way god be with you. And bless you.
