    Weight training
Someone told me that when one begins weight training that your muscles swell for a few weeks... is this true? When can you expect to see results from weight training? In six weeks... if one is lifting at least three times a week?

    Hello,

When you lift weights, the muscle actually tears down and rebuilds. As the muscle gets tighter, you will see definition. Diet also plays a large part in training. You must shed fat in order to see the muscles such as the six pack. Protein is also key, lean chicken breast, fish, egg whites will help in the process. Good Luck!
