    Complaining about Human Resources
Where can you go when the HR person at your job treats employee complaints like work place gossip?

The only people above her would be the owners. Neither of them are ever around, and more than likely wouldn't do anything about it.

    Hello again, t:

Nonetheless, you asked about WHO you can complain to, and I told you. If they won't do anything, maybe it's time for a new job.

Go to the plant manager or the head of the corporation. Be sure that you have documented all the events that have occurred.

Can't you contact the owners by email or by phone to set up an appointment to see them?

What types of complaints are you referring to? Are you detrimental to the company?

Otherwise, it's looking more and more likely that you need to find a new job.

OK, if they report to the owners, you either have to go to the owners, or just suck it up and go on. If you already gave up, because " they won't do anything" well if the owners won't do anything, then nothing will be done, they are the final say.
