    Vertigo, Dizziness, Pressure in mouth
I had my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago, I have finished taking my anti inflammants, and my antibiotics, but for the past 2 or so days I have been feeling quite dizzy, having a bit of vertigo, and feeling a lot of pressure in my mouth, sinus, and other parts of my head. I'm a bit worried and was wondering if this was normal and would go away soon?

Tell the oral surgeon. Too many possibilities. Infection, not tolerating antibiotics, starting a cold, all of the above. If it's infection, you can't handle that yourself.
