How do I fix a weep hole in a concrete block wall that does not drain?
I have a concrete block wall that surrounds my yard. The weep holes do not seem to be draining water in my yard from the heavy rain. What do I do?

Over time, dirt and efflorescent salts plug up the holes. You can try reaming them out with a masonry drill. Find one with a slightly larger diameter, 3/8 or 1/2" should be more than adequate.
