How can I get a diverter stem for a Coventry fixture?
I have an expensive exposed 2-valve tub/shower system purchased 4 years ago from Coventry. The diverter stem has broken. My plumber said to get a replacement part from the manufacturer but it appears they no longer exist. My questions are:

    1. Has anyone heard of Coventry and do you know what happened to them?
    2. Is there any chance I can get a diverter stem elsewhere that will work?

    Thanks.

There are speciality shops that make after market stuff for plumbing materials that the manufacture is no longer in business. Search your phone book for old plumbing companies or search the Internet for Coventry

I am replacing seats and stems in tub/shower. The old one is Sterling--the new faucet set it a PricePfister. The PF diverter stem doesn't fit into the seat (the hot and cold stems do). Can I go to another size diverter with PF?
