Since it's 99 percent unlikely to happen. For example, I've yet to ever see any girl that seems interested in me. The only person's that have told me I'm handsome are old ladies. Hehehehe.
That sucks. And one time, this old lady seemed crazy and she said "hey handsome" out of nowhere.. I just arrived at the bus stop and she said it. Then she said "you're handsome you should be proud of yourself , be confident"

Because young women just don't like average guys with nothing good about them. They may like nerds who have great jobs. But they don't like nerds who are good at nothing. And who don't have great jobs

Looks aren't that important to many of us.

I can tell you that I like a man that is outgoing, funny and affectionate.

If you can't carry on a conversation with a girl, sure, she's going to go for someone besides you.

Your title question says hot girl.. a hot girl is in the eye of the beholder, just like the old lady at the bus stop thought you could be a hot guy if you had confidence.
Heck, I'm not so sure confidence is even the right word. I fell for a guy who was nowhere near a hunky life guard athlete type and he was as shy and awkward as a person can get - but he was NICE.
Why? Who knows what the chemistry is between 2 people.
But one reason might be is that I'm not beautiful by any typical standards either.

Be nice, sweet, open, attentive, complimenting. To a woman who isn't surrounded by hot guys looking for hot girls.
