Hey how's it going when I was sober I got my car stuck in some deep snow where I parked it as I got drunk later that night I went to my car and was going to call someone to come pull it out of where it was stuck and park it in a friends driveway so I dident have to worry about it in the morning, I obviously realize now this was a horrible idea. The cops came to check on me when someone called them I don't know for what reason but the police charged me with car and control when I got to the cop shop I was pretty worried that I was going to get kicked off the up comeing tour overseas so I was mad and punched a wall in the cell making a small knuckle sized dent in the wall I'm a first time a offender anybody have any idea what the punishment for these charges may be?

Sorry I failed to mention after punching the wall I was charged for mischief under 5000.
